The Sony FE 50mm F1.4 GM is a full-frame, G Master prime lens with a constant F1.4 aperture, that offers evolved image quality and easy operability - perfect for portrait photography, videography and content creation. The advanced optical design includes one ED (Extra Low Dispersion Aspherical), two XA (Extreme Aspherical) and one aspherical element, ensuring outstanding resolution. Beautiful background defocus (bokeh) is achieved with an 11-blade circular aperture. Two XD (Extreme Dynamic) Linear Motors with their complex construction deliver faster, more accurate focusing capabilities for both photography and videography. A great lens for video, the SEL50F14GM delivers smooth, fast, continuous autofocus performance for movie shooting, with minimised focus breathing for refined imagery.
