The OM System OM-5 Mark II is an ultra-compact, lightweight mirrorless camera kit designed for outdoor enthusiasts and adventurers who demand outstanding image quality without the bulk. Weighing only 370g, it’s the ideal companion for travel, hiking photography, and spontaneous videography, offering robust performance in a portable body.
The OM-5 Mark II includes the same 20.4 megapixel 4/3 Live MOS sensor and TruePic IX image processor as the original OM-5 and upgrades with a new improved ergonomic grip with finger rests for better handling and usability, new CP (Computaional Photography) button and new easy-to-understand menu configuration. There are also new video picture modes: OM-Cinema1 for natural landscapes and woodlands, OM-Cinema2 for sky, sea and portraits. Plus, a new night vision feature and handheld assist function.

The OM-5 Mark II features a 20.4 megapixel 4/3 stacked BSI Live MOS sensor and the high-performance TruePic IX image processing engine. to deliver natural gradations in images with minimal noise and high image quality even at high-sensitivity settings.

5-axis Image Stabilisation
5-axis Image Stabilisation delivers up to 6.5 shutter speed steps of image stabilisation, which when combined with a compatible lens, expands to 7.5 steps thanks to 5-axis sync IS. Powerful image stabilisation enables shooting with slow shutter speed effects in areas where a tripod cannot be used, making it the perfect companion for photo opportunities while travelling. Supersonic Wave Filter
The OM-5 Mark II is also equipped with the Supersonic Wave Filter (SSWF) Dust Reduction System, which is renowned among professional photographers worldwide. When the camera is turned on, the SSWF vibrates at a super high speed over 30,000 times per second to instantaneously remove dust and dirt.
