      Changed your mind? No problem.

      If you change your mind during the manufacturer’s guarantee period (normally the first year), provided you haven’t received a replacement in that time, we’ll give you a full refund.

      My product is broken, how do I get a repair?

    • Our aim is to repair your product as soon as possible. Simply call us on 08444 810 500** and one of our customer service advisors will be happy to help you. When you call, please have your agreement number and a pen available.
    • The advisor will give you a referral number and talk you through the repairs process.


    • What’s not included?

      So there are no misunderstandings, here are a few key things that are not included in The Jessops Care Plan:

      • Delivery charges where a replacement product is provided
      • Loss or theft
      • Deliberate damage
      • Cosmetic damage, e.g. scratches or chips
