Please note, this product is the ‘+’ version and can only be activated if you have (i) previously activated the core DJI Care Refresh product (ii) your DJI Care Refresh product has not yet expired and (iii) there is at least one Refresh replacement left.

DJI Care Refresh+ covers damage due to water damage, collision, drop damage, signal interference or user/pilot error.

• Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh+, ensure that the DJI Care Refresh purchased for your aircraft is still valid and that there is at least one replacement left.
• After DJI Care Refresh+ is purchased, your service agreement will be sent to you via email. DJI Care Refresh+ will be bound to your product automatically and come into effect within 24 hours.
• The replacement service provided by DJI Care Refresh+ is valid for one year and does not start until DJI Care Refresh expires.
• Each time you request a replacement, you'll receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability. For Mavic Air, the replacement fee is £56.
