How long is my purchase valid for?

All course purchases are valid for 12 months. The booking for the course must be made within this amount of time.

Can I change the venue or the course date?

Yes, you can change the venue or the course date, but only up to 7 days prior to your course date.

What happens if the Trainer is unable to attend the course?

If the Trainer is unable to attend, we will inform you as soon as we can by telephone or email and will ask you to re-book to a date that suits you.

What do I need to take with me to course of my choice?

You will need to take your camera, with memory card and charged battery and any other equipment that is suitable for the course that you are attending.

Are there any other costs within the course?

On the day you will need to purchase your lunch. Please also consider your car parking costs if relevant and if you choose to print your photos, there may be a charge for this. There will be refreshments provided.

Who do I need to contact if I am running late to a course?

There will be contact details on your confirmation email of whom to ring

Where is the nearest car park or train station to my course?

Details for all the training venues can be found on our information page or on your booking confirmation.

How many courses can I attend through Jessops?

You can attend as many as you like, there is no limit. Each booking must, however, be made separately.

How long does the course run for?

Most of our course start at 10am and finish at 4pm. To be sure, we will always include the course running times in your confirmation email.

Can I receive a refund on my course purchase?

Unfortunately, course purchases are non-refundable.
