The service provided is per camera.

Sensors identified as having scratches on them will not be cleaned, we will inform you if this is the case

Please ensure that your camera is sent with at least 50% charge in the battery and all memory cards have been removed

Do not send lenses or additional cases and accessories with your camera

Please ensure your camera is sent with a body cap on it

Pay for your order online

Once you have completed the checkout process, we will send you a confirmation email, which will contain full details of how to send your items to us. We strongly recommend you use a service which includes proof of postage and a tracking service. We will return your items using a tracked service

Once we receive your items we will return them to the address you have on your order within 2 working days after completion
