We are delighted to confirm that we have begun to open stores in line with the Government's guidelines from 15th June.

As lockdown eases we’re taking steps to make sure we can welcome you back into our stores safely. We have made a few changes to the way you shop which will be in place to protect both you and our colleagues.

How to shop in our stores 

To maintain social distancing we will be limiting the number of customers allowed in store at one time. This means you may have to wait outside until one of our colleagues lets you in. When in store we request that you stick to a distance from each other as marked by the floor stickers.

Hygiene

As well as a thorough deep clean of our stores prior to opening, we will be making sure all surfaces are cleaned throughout the day, and we will be providing hand sanitising stations for customers to use inside the store.

Payment

To avoid handling money we will only be accepting card and contactless. We have increased our contactless limit to £45, but if you do have to type in your pin, the card machines will be wiped down after each use.

Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service will be back up and running as normal for your photo and gift printing needs, and in-line with guidelines we will be operating a no contact collection.

Product Handling

We will be limiting customer handling of demo items such as cameras and binoculars. If you want to see a product, one of our team will be happy to show you products themselves. We operate a no contact returns procedure and all new products will be quarantined for 48 hours in line with government guidelines.

Using the Kiosks

You will still be able to use the kiosks to print your photos and gifts, each kiosk will be separated by a screen for added protection, and the computer screens will be wiped down after each use.
