The Interfit Cool-lite heads use daylight balanced fluorescent bulbs. This continuous lighting system runs cool, is noiseless and cheap to run.

The daylight balanced (between 5000 and 5200K) cold light source produces a soft uniform light ideal portraits and heat sensitive products.

Excellent basic equipment for studio use. Very good as a basic lighting kit to build on for studio purposes. Have found the light boxes very good indeed. Everything you need to get started. Variable lighting power through the individual bulbs is very good for beginners and basic starter use. Low-energy too!
Bad Points
Bought this for my son who is starting a film,photography and video degree at university, sadly he wants to use it all the time. Would be good to have a case to put it all in since he wants to take it with him!
