My product is broken, how do I get a repair?

  1. Our aim is to repair your product as soon as possible. Simply call us on 08444 810 500** and one of our customer service advisors will be happy to help you. When you call, please have your agreement number and a pen available.
  2. The advisor will give you a referral number and talk you through the repairs process.

What’s not included?

So there are no misunderstandings, here are a few key things that are not included in Jessops Care Plan:

  1. Delivery charges where a replacement product is provided
  2. Loss or theft
  3. Deliberate damage
  4. Cosmetic damage, e.g. scratches or chips
