The VESTA 350A includes a 12-45x zoom eyepiece with a wide field of view starting at 52m at 1000m, so that you can locate your subject, before zooming in to get 45x closer to the action. Alternatively you can study the garden birds or butterflies that visit as you can focus on objects as close as 9m away. On lower zoom, this spotting scope doesn't need a tripod and can double as a speedy hand held monocular, or be used on a monopod for additional stability.
