Steiner BluHorizons 8x22 binoculars use Autobright technology and are the world's first binoculars able to compensate for excessive glare or reflection from the sun. Steiner exclusive sunlight-adaptive lens technology automatically adjusts brightness for the best view in any lighting situation. Whether the sun is just below the horizon, shining brightly directly overhead or bouncing off water or snow at all angles, BluHorizons are engineered to gather the right amount of light and reduce glare for optimum viewing.

These are the world's first and only binoculars with phototropic lenses. This means that they automatically adapts to lighting conditions, so that you always have optimum vision, even in bright sunshine or with dazzling reflections.
