Customer information regarding covid-19/Coronavirus

As a result of the COVID-19/Coronavirus outbreak we have closed all Jessops stores for the time being because the safety and well-being of our colleagues and customers remains our greatest priority.  We sincerely hope that you and your loved ones are staying safe.

 

Our online stores jessops.com and jessopsphoto.com are still fully operational excluding our click and collect service as we continue to do all we can to look after our customers. We have extended our ‘change of mind ‘policy for goods purchased in-store to 28 days from when our stores re-open, and our customer service lines will remain open.

 

We want to thank you for your continued support during this time and we will be closely monitoring the situation. We look forward to welcoming you back into our stores soon. Our social channels will continue and we will do our best to find ways to brighten up your day whilst you are at home with your family. Please stay safe and at home.

FAQs

Can I still place an order for delivery?

Yes you can.  Jessops.com and jessopsphoto.com are fully operational.

 

 

Will there be delays in delivering my parcel?

We still aim to deliver most products next day and our teams are working to ensure we get your order to you as swiftly as possible.  There may be some delays due to the current high level of demand on all delivery and courier services at the moment, but we’ll keep you fully informed and updated.

 

 

Can I still place orders over the phone?

Yes, we are accepting orders over the phone as usual.  Simply call 0344 800 4444.

 

 

How do I trade-in a product?

We can provide a quote and then organise a collection from your home! Simply visit our website www.jessops.com/c/offers/services/trade-in and we’ll do the rest.

I purchased an item in one of your shops, can I return it if I am not happy with it?

 

For items previously purchased in-store, we have extended our ‘change of mind ‘policy to 28 days from when our stores re-open.  For items purchased online, you will be able to return items to us in line with our normal policy

 
Will my group photography course still be running?

We will be contacting all customers booked on to courses in the next few weeks to rearrange to another date. If you have yet to be contacted but would like to rearrange your booking please contact academy@jessops.com.
