How can I pay for my order?

All home delivery orders must be paid for using a UK registered credit / debit card.

We offer various ways for you too pay online including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club, Switch, Solo and Paypal:

We do not accept cheques, bank transfers or some other Internet payments. Your card will not be debited until your order is ready for despatch.

Paypal is currently available for home delivery orders only, not collect at store. Choose 'Home Delivery' and 'Checkout with Paypal' from the Shopping Basket' page.

How does Collect @ Store work?

You can order online and collect@store in as little as 30 minutes, combining all the convenience and ease of shopping online with our store network and expert staff.

  • Add available items to your shopping basket and when ready to checkout opt for 'Collect at Store' 
  • Enter a postcode to find stores in your area and we will let you know the collection times from each store; this can be in as little as 30 minutes
  • Enter your contact details
  • You will receive an email acknowledging your order which you need to print out and take with you to the store
  • Please pay for your items in-store and enjoy your new purchase

Terms and Conditions

  • From time to time some stores may be excluded from collect@store.
  • Not all products listed on Jessops.com are included in our collect@store offering. collect@store service is currently not available at our Jersey, Guernsey, Bangor or outlet stores.
  • Payment is only taken when you collect your order in store, by credit card, cash or gift vouchers in store.
  • The price of your reserved order will be the price shown on your basket total at checkout.

Is shopping with Jessops.com secure?

I can't proceed to Checkout. I end up with an empty basket?

If you have tried to add something to your basket but it is still showing as empty, you may not have 'cookies' enabled in your web browser. Find out about cookies here

The checkout gives me an error when I try to buy?

Jessops.com authorises a sale if the credit/debit card details you enter are correct and if the address you enter is the same one held by the card issuer.

Some common problems are:

  • Your Post Code has been changed in the last 18 months and the bank still hold the old one
  • You have moved recently and the bank still hold the old address
  • You have entered a 0 (zero) rather than an O (letter O) in part of the postcode (or vice versa)
  • You have only entered your house name and not the number
