The Samyang 85mm T1.5 AS IF UMC VDSLR II for Sony is a lens suitable for Sony E mount camera and camcorders. This VDSLR version of the award winning 85mm lens has been specifically designed for Video / Cine purposes. Full frame compatible. This means that the aperture ring has been "de-clicked" providing ultra smooth and quiet control together with a geared focus ring (for follow-focus module attachment). Manual focus only lens. Suitable for APS-C sized or full frame sensor cameras. The Samyang 85mm lens features UMC multi-coated optics, 9 elements in 7 groups with 1 aspherical lens element. Combination of these elements produce outstanding optical performance, with faithful colour reproduction and minimal chromatic aberration. Comes with a detachable lens hood.
