All our stores follow the same company structure with three different roles in each store, the responsibilities for these roles can be seen below.
Within the stores, the forefront of our business, we have three levels of responsibility; Store Managers, Team Leaders and Sales Experts. We offer contractual hours of 40, 24 and 12 dependant on the store size and staffing requirements. Head Office offers staff the opportunity to work in many areas of modern business, from E-Commerce to Stock and Distribution, we have over 18 departments in Head Office as well as field roles. The roles of the store staff can be seen below
Store Manager;
- Full responsibility for the store
- Managing KPI’s and Staff Performance
- Maintain good relations with all levels of the business and customers
- Support and implement company business plans
- Complete accurately and promote all required in store communications
- Protect and secure company stock and cash
- Ensure all policies and procedures are enforced to meet audit requirements
- Develop self and others
Team Leader;
- Undertakes full responsibility for the store in the manager’s absence
- Provide sales floor management for store team
- Lead by example
- Assist the store manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store
- Maximise sales and profit for the store
- Delivery of excellent customer service
Sales Expert;
- To support the store
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store
- Maximise sales and profit for the store
- Delivery of excellent customer service
