Jessops Extra provides next-day access to a much bigger range of products than we could ever squeeze into your local store, including an amazing selection of specialist lines. And if it's not in stock at our warehouse then we'll order your items direct from our suppliers.
Our Next Day service delivers in-stock items from our warehouse to your door from just £5.95, regardless of size. Simply place your order in store before 5pm. Alternatively, you can have items delivered FREE to your local branch within 48 hours.
- Placing an order is simple - simply ask any member of staff in-store about Jessops Extra
- You can pay by credit/debit card, cash or Jessops gift vouchers
- If it's a home delivery we'll email you when your goods are dispatched and provide details of how to track your order online
- For in-store collections we'll email or text you to let you know when your goods are ready
Terms & Conditions
- Pre-payment is taken on all Order@Store orders (store and home delivery) which may be orders from the warehouse, backorders and special order lines.
- If you select an item which is in stock in our warehouse and request delivery to store, you will be given a date and time when your order can be collected in store. If you provide us with your email and mobile phone number we will also send you a text/email when your order has arrived in store and is ready for collection.
- When you place your order we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered.
- If you select an item which is in stock in our warehouse and request delivery to your home or work, we will offer you a Next Day delivery service for £3.95. If you provide us with your email and mobile phone number we will also send you a text/email when your order has been despatched from our warehouse.
- If the item you have ordered is not in stock in our warehouse a backorder will be placed with our supplier. Jessops will endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible and will aim to deliver your item within 28 days. If there is any delay beyond 28 days in obtaining your order we will contact you and update you on any expected delivery dates and offer you the option to cancel.
- You can pay by credit card, cash or gift vouchers in store. The price of your reserved order will be the price in store at the time of placing your order.
- Insurance replacement vouchers can not be used for placing Jessops Extra orders. Goods must be in stock for vouchers to be redeemed. Our Insurance replacement team will need to raise an order for special order lines when you discuss your claim prior to you visiting your local store. - Delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom (we do not deliver to overseas or BFPO addresses). All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
- IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the Next Day delivery times. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
- Should you need to cancel your order for any reason you will need to contact your local store. Refunds and exchanges cannot be processed via our store support centre for orders placed in store.
