Any product ordered from Jessops.com, that was not in stock at the time of ordering will be placed on back order until it arrives from our supplier.
Once your product arrives into stock it will be despatched as promptly as possible via carrier or post, depending upon its size and value.
Please keep in mind that we often have to make an enquiry with our supplier in order to answer your enquiry fully. This can take a short time and therefore it may take at least 24 hours to reply to your email.
