Bank Holidays

Please note that no deliveries can be made on Bank Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank Holiday will be delivered the following working day. In addition, our warehouse is closed on Bank Holidays so orders placed before 5pm on a Bank Holiday will not be despatched until the following working day.

Free Next Day UK delivery on all orders

*We currently offer free next day delivery on all orders (mainland UK only). Delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Highlands & Islands is charged at £15.

Our carrier is DHL. They deliver Monday to Saturday, 9am - 9pm only. No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Free delivery to store is offered on all collect@store orders.

Saturday Delivery

We also offer Saturday delivery* for £15.95. This applies to items that are in stock, on orders placed before 5pm on Friday.

Royal Mail 1st Class Post

Selected items qualify for our £3.99 Royal Mail Recorded Delivery charge, and our £1.99 Royal Mail Delivery Charge (non-recorded) which takes 2-3 working days. Please see product pages for details.

No deliveries can be made on Bank Holidays.

Please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel as this will not be left without a signature. If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card that will be left to rearrange your delivery. Once your parcel has been attempted for delivery twice but has been unsuccessful a 3rd attempt charge of £4.95 will be required to arrange further delivery.

Any request to deliver to an alternative address other than the specified delivery address on your order will be a charge of £9. Should you require this service, please contact our Customer Support team on 0800 083 3113.

Any additional instructions to the carrier must be agreed by Jessops.
Next working day delivery offer excludes out of stock products.
Please note, we are unable to guarantee next working day delivery for any order.
Any delivery costs include VAT at the current rate and are per order, regardless of the number of boxes.

Consumer Finance

6 months Interest Free Credit is available on all products over £250.00. and 12 Months Interest Free Credit is available on all orders over £800.00.
We also offer 19.9% Apr typical for 24 months on all orders over £250.00.
All finance orders are subject to a minimum deposit of 10% which will be taken from your Debit/Credit Card once your order has been confirmed and approved.

Recycling - WEEE policy

The UK’s Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations aim to reduce the environmental impact from electrical waste by reducing the amount of unsorted waste as this goes to landfill sites and incinerators. Jessops has contributed towards a national fund to assist local councils to develop their waste electronics collection facilities, instead of accepting electrical waste at our retail sites.

The ‘wheelie bin’ symbol on new electrical products is there to remind people not to dispose of WEEE to unsorted waste. Please help us to minimise the effect we have on the environment by recycling your waste electrical goods. Instead of throwing your WEEE in the bin (unsorted waste) find your nearest recycling points and helpful recycling tips by visiting www.recycle-more.co.uk

Batteries contain heavy metals and other dangerous chemicals, they should not just be thrown away as this will cause pollution. You can now bring your waste portable batteries to your local Jessops store to be recycled. Just put them in our collection box in store and we will ensure that they are recycled in a responsible manner. (Excludes industrial and automotive batteries).
